Refund Policy
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
As we sell digital products, once the download has started we do not offer refunds unless the product is faulty or not delivered as described.
REFUND REQUEST
If you encounter any problem with your digital product, please contact us within 7 days of purchase by email at contato.artesup@gmail.com explaining the problem. We will analyze the case and, if necessary, process the refund or replace the product.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
In the event of proven defects in the digital product purchased, we will provide an appropriate solution, either through a refund or by providing a new file at no additional cost.
EXCEPTIONS
We do not offer refunds for products purchased by mistake or due to a change of mind after download.
